Here at Elysium Association Management we offer services no other association management company in Colorado Springs does, that includes our unique maintenance services. Our maintenance services not only respond to emergency maintenance needs but we also offer maintenance services that will allow you to have one of our knowledgeable maintenance professionals on your property, doing upkeep, fixing safety hazards and ensuring your property is in the best shape possible each week. If you want one of our maintenance personnel on your property 3 days a week for 4 hours each time, we can handle that.
 
Elysium Association Management also offers maintenance on large scale operations. If your association needs a roofing project for every unit in your HOA, we can handle that. No project is too small, or too big for Elysium Association Management's in house maintenance team.

Our two types of Maintenance services consist of:
 

HOA Bid Maintenance(none contract)
Bid Work: Any maintenance projects over $500.00 as per HOA management contract and for all non-Maintenance contracted HOAs

Area of Operations: Small to large scale projects such as remodeling and reconstruction. Call for more details  
 
HOA Contract: Maintenance 
Hours of HOA board choosing as per contract: i.e 3 hours a day, twice weekly

Work that can be completed in one (1) contracted work day(All else falls under “bid maintenance”)
 
Area of Operations: 
Painting, Preventive maintenance, General repairs, Lighting and electrical,
drywall, stucco, fencing, safety issues i.e. Concrete grinding/patching(sidewalks), and common area repairs and reconstruction
