Our Association services consist of:

Collecting 3 bids for all maintenance projects over $500 

Collecting 3 bids per project for monthly services(if not covered under contract) Includes the after-hours hotline for any emergencies at the association. 

Monthly Board Packages which includes:    

•  Reconciled financials from the previous month    

•  Copy of checks paid    

•  Copy of invoice/bills   

•  Contracted work completed with before and after pictures(Only if Maintenance and/or Janitorial contacts apply)HOA Collections    

• Monthly delinquent letters    

• Setting up the association with the appropriate collections company    

• Pre-Lien Letter, Liens, and Foreclosure 

Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Board Meetings, 

Monthly Property walks with a member of the HOA board
